General Questions

What is Inspected.com?

We are a Private Provider inspection firm that uses a remote virtual inspection software to enable virtual inspections for various industries, including residential and commercial construction, HVAC, solar, roofing, pools, and more. By leveraging mobile technology, users are able to schedule and conduct inspections in real time, streamlining the process, reducing costs, and improving efficiency. Inspected also ensures compliance with local codes and provides tools like Permit Hub to simplify permit management, as well as permit expediting services to further reduce your workload.

What is a virtual inspection and how does it work?

Our same-day or next-day inspections can be scheduled and performed in minutes! During a virtual inspection, your location will automatically be geo-tagged for inspection validation. Our Private Provider inspector will guide you through a live video call, instructing you on what to show and how to perform certain tasks. The inspector observes and documents the inspection in real time, and a recording of the session is securely stored in the cloud. Remote, in-session image screenshots of pertinent inspection items will also be saved to your record. Any inspection failures can be remedied by you and your team and reinspected the same day at no additional cost.

What types of inspections can I schedule through Inspected.com?

As a Private Provider inspection firm, we offer same-day, real-time inspections for contractors and tradespeople throughout the construction and installation phases of their projects, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliances are met.
