Inspected.com Announces Partnerships with University of Florida, University of North Florida, and California Judicial Branch

Davie, FL (July 19, 2021) – Inspected, a remote virtual inspection program, recently announced new partnerships to provide its cutting-edge software to the University of Florida in Gainesville, the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, and the California Judicial Branch. These partnerships will make it easier for inspectors in Florida and California to perform Remote Video Inspections and clear permits faster.

Builders, insurance companies, contractors, and government agencies will have 24/7 access to  Inspected’s patented software, designed to speed the permitting process while protecting the health and safety of municipal code officials, contractors, employees, and property owners.

“These newest collaborations with the state of Florida and California are the latest in how Inspected is working to increase efficiencies and reduce costs while ensuring construction and renovation projects can continue moving forward,” said Anthony Perera, Founder of Inspected.com. “Through Inspected’s Enterprise Program, our partners are able to work on existing projects while continuing to schedule
inspections on other projects in the future.”

Inspected provides new solutions that speed up the permitting process needed to complete or continue renovations on educational institutions, as well as homes and businesses, by allowing inspectors to visually approve work and close permits without having to physically visit the site. By working remotely, inspectors can work safer, streamline paperwork, and reduce delays.

Inspected offers an easy-to-use interface that removes the need for direct contact, and the technology will help cities clear permits faster and save travel expenses while ensuring an important revenue base continues. For customers and contractors, it ensures projects can continue and removes the uncertainty of when an inspector will be able to once again travel to personally approve the permit. A video demo of the new Inspected app can be viewed at www.inspected.com and demos are available upon request.
